The company strives to provide a fundamental, low risk and low fee approach in building customized portfolios tailored to individual client needs.The firm was founded in December 2012 by Len Racioppo and Marc Trottier. Both individuals worked previously for Jarislowsky Fraser Limited where Len Racioppo served as President and Chairman of the Investment Strategy Committee while Marc Trottier was Vice President and Director. Charlie Ongking joined the firm in February of 2013. Charlie was formerly lead US equity manager at Jarislowsky Fraser Limited where he worked for over 10 years. He was also a partner and member of the Investment Strategy Committee. Before taking over US equities, Charlie was co-lead manager for Global equities at Jarislowsky Fraser.
